DoppioSenso is an IGT obtained from different white grape varietals with the goal of obtaining a very fresh, floral and intensely aromatic white wine.
It has a pale light yellow color, a bright acidity and a complex aromatic bouquet such as peach, gooseberry and lime.
Perfect as aperitif or paired with fish dishes and excellent combination with oriental cuisine.
Manual harvest with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press, fermentation of the different grape varieties already assembled, conducted at a controlled temperature of maximum 15 ° C.
After the malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine continues its refinement in steel for about 8 months.
