The maximum capacity is 24 beds, and one of the apartments has a large living room where you can all eat together if the weather doesn’t allow you to enjoy the outdoor space.
We can also organize a tasting for your group, featuring our organic wines and olive oil paired with local products, to give you a complete insight into our “little world.”

Daily and weekly seasonal prices per apartment.
Possibility to book a minimum of two/three nights in the different periods indicated in the tab and a minimum of seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday, only in the summer High Season.
Check in from 30/9 to 31/5 from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 1/6 to 30/9 from 16.00 to 18.00.
Are included in the price:
- Weekly change of linen (each apartment is equipped with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen)
- Final cleaning
- Consumption of gas and water (heating with A/C included only in the periods indicated in the tab)
- Hot/cold air conditioning
- Satellite television
- Parking and free Wi-Fi in all apartments
- Baby cot and high chair available free of charge upon reservation
- Barbecue available and table with garden chairs (and umbrella for apartments without a covered loggia/terrace)
- Use of the swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds and shaded area with gazebo and umbrellas.
The swimming pool is seasonal and is open from 01/06 to 30/09
Not included in the price:
- Pet friends are welcome with the payment of a supplement of € 20.00 per stay
- 5th extra bed available on request at a cost of € 30.00 per week or for shorter stays
- Electricity consumption €0.50 Kw/h (with meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay and balance at check out time) The cost however is included in the rates where it is expressly specified
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out on request € 30.00 upon confirmation – not available in the months of July and August –
- Late Check-in possible on request subject to confirmation at a supplement of €10 for each additional time slot
- Use of the washing machine in the laundry room € 5.00 per wash by appointment with the staff
- Tourist tax to be paid on site: €1.50 per night/per person only for the first 6 days (the tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age)
