POLICY CANCELLATION
The reservation can be canceled up to 10 days before the expected date of arrival.
In this case, the amount of the deposit paid will be returned to you in full or, at your choice, we can issue a voucher for a stay of equal value to be used by 31/ 12 of the following year, checking the availability of the facility at the time you request to redeem the voucher by email.
In case of late cancellation, the deposit paid upon confirmation will be retained.
Early departures still require payment of the full cost of the booked stay.
